Quest’anno, per la prima volta, avremo un tavolo dedicato al marketing! Vista la novit\u00e0 abbiamo pensato di raccontarvi cosa far\u00e0 ogni tavolo chiedendo ad ogni lead di scrivere un breve testo. Non dimenticarti anche di leggere cosa ti servir\u00e0 portare venerd\u00ec!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

Marketing<\/h3>\n

Abha Thakor sar\u00e0 lead del tavolo marketing.
\n<\/strong>Le attivit\u00e0 nel corso della giornata a Milano includeranno la revisione di un video di WordPress.TV per l’utilizzo nel marketing e la sua presentazione in un blog, con contributi a articoli e interviste su storie affascinanti e casi di studio nella comunit\u00e0. Analizzeremo le idee per le varie promozioni e campagne per mostrare i potenziali usi di WordPress e il lavoro della comunit\u00e0. Come sperimentato con successo in altri eventi, speriamo di avere un collegamento live con altri contributori che lavorano su compiti simili.
\nCi sono cos\u00ec tante opportunit\u00e0 per essere coinvolti nel team di marketing, alcuni delle quali ti forniranno anche una panoramica del lavoro di altri team di Make WordPress, tra cui Community e WPTV.
\nIl tavolo Marketing del Contributor Day di Milano \u00e8 aperto a tutti. Non \u00e8 necessario essere entrati a far parte del team per partecipare all’evento contributore n\u00e9 \u00e8 necessario lavorare nelle professioni di marketing e comunicazione.<\/p>\n

Core<\/h3>\n

Daniele Scasciafratte sar\u00e0 lead del tavolo Core.<\/strong>
\nCore \u00e8 il team che si occupa dello sviluppo di WordPress e si tratta di programmatori che spiegano ad altri utenti WordPress come si installa l’ambiente di lavoro e come si contribuisce al codice.
\nSpesso ci occupiamo anche di contribuire a WP-CLI o Meta quando i tavoli di lavoro specifici ai WordCamp non sono disponibili.<\/p>\n

Polyglots<\/h3>\n

Alice Orru sar\u00e0 lead del tavolo Polyglots.
\n<\/strong>Vedremo come iniziare a contribuire alla traduzione dall\u2019Inglese all\u2019Italiano di temi e plugin WordPress: capiremo quali sono gli strumenti a nostra disposizione e le linee guida per tradurre WordPress al meglio. Le persone che si avvicinano per la prima volta alla traduzione di WordPress verranno affiancate dalle pi\u00f9 esperte, che realizzeranno dei piccoli mentoring.<\/p>\n

Community<\/h3>\n

Francesca Marano e Luca Sartoni saranno co-lead del tavolo Community.
\n<\/strong>Il Community Team supervisiona eventi, programmi di mentorship, iniziative sulla diversit\u00e0, supporto di nuovi contributor ed \u00e8 impegnato in molti altri modi per far crescere la comunit\u00e0 WordPress. A Milano porteremo avanti il progetto iniziato a WordCamp Verona: la creazione di testi predefiniti per siti WordCamp, per facilitare il compiti degli organizzatori di questi eventi. Si tratta di un compito adatto a tutti, non solo contributor esperti.

Accessibility<\/h3>\n

Rian Rietveld e Andrea Fercia saranno co-lead del tavolo Community.
\n<\/strong>Cosa \u00e8 l’accessibilit\u00e0? \u00c8 qualcosa che riguarda solo persone con qualche forma di disabilit\u00e0 o \u00e8 per tutti, compreso il futuro te?
\nIl Web \u00e8 comunicazione. Quando la nostra comunicazione non si rivolge a tutti, allora perdiamo molte opportunit\u00e0.
\nL’accessibilit\u00e0 dei contenuti web mira a permettere a tutti di avere accesso a informazioni e funzionalit\u00e0 sul web.
\nDurante la giornata cercheremo di scoprire insieme cosa possiamo fare noi nel nostro piccolo per contribuire a rendere WordPress pi\u00f9 accessibile.
\nL’accessibilit\u00e0 richiede per sua natura un approccio multidisciplinare e chiunque pu\u00f2 contribuire. Il gruppo \u00e8 particolarmente indicato per designer, sviluppatori (anche React!), autori di contenuti e appassionati di ogni genere!<\/p>\n

Support<\/h3>\n

Guido Scialfa\u00a0sar\u00e0 lead del tavolo Support.
\n<\/strong>Il supporto \u00e8 una componente fondamentale per WordPress.
\nEsso aiuta non solo gli utenti che muovono i primi passi
\nma anche il progetto stesso e tutti gli sviluppatori di plugins e temi.
\nLa giornata sar\u00e0 incentrata sul far conoscere il supporto nella sua generalit\u00e0, le best practices e l’ambiente sui cui si lavorer\u00e0.
\nSeguir\u00e0 una sessione di risposte sul forum.<\/p>\n

English<\/h2>\n

This year, for the first time, we will have a table dedicated to marketing! Given the news we thought to tell you what each table will do by asking each lead to write a short text. Do not forget to read what you need to bring on Friday!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

Marketing<\/h3>\n

Abha Thakor will lead the marketing table.
\n<\/strong>The tasks available on the day in Milano will include reviewing a WordPress.TV video for use in marketing and then featuring it in a blog, contributing to articles and interviews covering fascinating stories and case studies in the community. We will look at ideas for the various promotions and campaigns to showcase WordPress\u2019 potential uses and the community\u2019s work. As piloted successfully at other events, we hope to have a live link up with other contributors working on similar tasks.
\nThere are so many opportunities to get involved in the marketing team, some of which will also give you an insight into the work of other Make WordPress teams including the Community and WPTV.
\nThe Marketing table at Milano\u2019s Contributor Day is open to all. You don\u2019t need to have joined the team to get involved at the contributor event nor do you need to be working in the marketing and communications professions.<\/p>\n

Core<\/h3>\n

Daniele Scasciafratte will lead the Core table.<\/strong>
\nCore is the team that deals with the development of WordPress: we are programmers who explain to other WordPress users how to contribute to the code.
\nOften we also take care of contributing to WP-CLI or Meta when WordCamp-specific work tables are not available.<\/p>\n

Polyglots<\/h3>\n

Alice Orru will lead the Polyglots table.
\n<\/strong>We will see how to start contributing to the translation from English into Italian of WordPress themes and plugins: we will understand what tools are available and the guidelines for translating WordPress to the fullest. People approaching WordPress for the first time will be joined by the most experienced, who will realize small mentoring.<\/p>\n

Community<\/h3>\n

Francesca Marano e Luca Sartoni will co-lead the Community table.
\n<\/strong>The Community Team supervises events, mentorship programs, diversity initiatives, support for new contributors and is involved in many other ways to grow the WordPress community. In Milan we will continue the project started at WordCamp Verona: the creation of predefined texts for WordCamp sites, to facilitate the tasks of the organizers of these events. It is a task suitable for everyone, not just expert contributors.
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

Accessibility<\/h3>\n

\n<\/strong>What is accessibility? Is it something that only affects people with some form of disability or is it for everyone, including you in the future?
\nThe Web is communication. When our communication does not appeal to everyone, then we lose many opportunities.
\nThe accessibility of web content aims to allow everyone to have access to information and functionality on the web.
\nDuring the day we will try to discover together what we can do in our small way to help make WordPress more accessible.
\nAccessibility requires a multidisciplinary approach by its nature and anyone can contribute. The group is particularly suitable for designers, developers (even React!), Authors of content and fans of all kinds!<\/p>\n

Support<\/h3>\n

Guido Scialfa will lead the Support table.
\n<\/strong>Support is a fundamental component for WordPress.
\nIt helps not only users who are taking their first steps
\nbut also the project itself and all the plugins and themes developers.
\nThe day will be focused on making known the support in its generality, best practices and the environment on which it will work.
