Durante molti WordCamp ci sono stati talk sulla diversit\u00e0 per affrontare con un pubblico pi\u00f9 vasto questi temi. <\/p>\n<p><p>Agli speaker viene offerto un training in cui gli si spiega come parlare in pubblico e creare una presentazione, in modo da invogliare anche i pi\u00f9 timorosi a farsi avanti.<\/p>\n<p><p>Per far s\u00ec che l\u2019evento sia accessibile ed inclusivo e che l\u2019atmosfera sia piacevole ed accogliente,\u00a0\u00e8 stato istituito un <a href=\"https:\/\/2017.milano.wordcamp.org\/code-of-conduct\/\">Codice di Condotta<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><p>Spesso capita che i nostri sforzi non siano sufficienti e abbiamo bisogno del tuo aiuto.<\/p>\n<p><p>Come possiamo migliorare? Quali sono gli aspetti per ottenere un WordCamp accessibile ed inclusivo? Come possiamo rendere la nostra Community ancora pi\u00f9 accogliente?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aiutaci con le tue idee e i tuoi consigli! <\/strong><\/p>\n<div lang=\"en\">\n<h2 id=\"en\" class=\"divider\">English<\/h2>\n<p>WordCamp Milano is committed to welcoming and celebrating diversity in our community.<\/p>\n<p><h2>What Are We Doing?<\/h2>\n<p>We encourage participation in our community by people of different: genders, sexual orientations, linguistic and ethnocultural communities, classes, technical and physical abilities, ages, and more.<\/p>\n<p><p>We have made efforts to reflect this diversity in our organizing team, our speaker roster, and the imagery on our website. We have organized conference sessions on diversity within the WordPress community and in tech in general in order to bring important issues to a wider audience. We have also offered speaker training sessions in order to promote new voices at our events. <\/p>\n<p><p>We have instituted a <a href=\"https:\/\/2017.milano.wordcamp.org\/code-of-conduct\/\">Code of Conduct<\/a><\/p>\n<p><p>\u00a0which applies at all of our events in order to help promote a healthy, welcoming environment.<\/p>\n<p><p>We also recognize that we often fail in our efforts. We would like to encourage members of our community and people who attend our events to let us know how we can improve. <\/p>\n<p><p>What services would you like to see us offer?
