Eccoli! Finalmente i biglietti per il WordCamp Milano 2016 sono disponibili per l’acquisto<\/a>!<\/strong><\/p>\n

L’ingresso a WordCamp Milano 2016 <\/strong>costa 20 Euro<\/strong>, una cifra simbolica che ci aiuta a sostenere le spese per cibo e swag per l’intero evento, e che non \u00e8 quindi rimborsabile. Il\u00a0biglietto include l’ingresso alla conferenza di Sabato 22 e al Contributor Day di Venerd\u00ec 21 Ottobre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

La partecipazione al Contributor Day non \u00e8 obbligatoria (anche se speriamo di vedervi numerosi, perch\u00e9 \u00e8 un’esperienza fantastica), tuttavia per partecipare al CDay sono\u00a0invece necessari l’iscrizione e l’acquisto del ticket per WCMIL2016<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Che fate ancora l\u00ec? Correte subito a prendere il vostro biglietto, prima che spariscano tutti! … Ci vediamo a Milano!\u00a0A presto!<\/p>\n

\nTra qualche settimana\u00a0pubblicheremo una pagina con i nomi, gli avatar, gli\u00a0handle Twitter e le URL dei partecipanti. Sul form di acquisto hai la possibilit\u00e0 di scegliere se apparire o meno<\/strong> in questa lista, ricordati di autorizzare la pubblicazione!<\/p>\n

Riprese Audio\/Video<\/strong>
\nCon il fine di documentare l’evento, di ampliare la partecipazione e di promuovere i WordCamp, tutti gli interventi e le due giornate del WordCamp Milano 2016\u00a0potranno essere\u00a0riprese (foto\/video) sia da volontari che da professionisti. Il consenso alle riprese e l’autorizzazione all’eventuale utilizzo delle stesse \u00e8 obbligatorio per l’acquisto del biglietto e per la partecipazione all’evento<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Rimborsi<\/strong>
\nPurtroppo ci \u00e8 difficile mettere in pratica una policy di rimborso per l’acquisto dei ticket, tuttavia qualora non vi sia possibile partecipare, potete cedere il vostro biglietto a qualcun altro<\/strong>. Le informazioni sul partecipante potranno essere modificate fino al 3\u00a0Ottobre 2016. Oltre quella data potremmo non essere in grado di garantire attenzione alle esigenze alimentari indicate, o la maglietta della misura richiesta.<\/p>\n

Here they are! Finally the tickets for\u00a0WordCamp Milano 2016 are\u00a0available, so get yours now<\/a>!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

The cost for a ticket for\u00a0WordCamp Milano 2016\u00a0is\u00a020 Euros<\/strong>, a symbolic fee that helps us sustain the expenses for food and swag for the entire event, and that therefore is non-refundable. Ticket includes entrance to the Conference on Saturday October 22, and to the\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>Contributor Day on\u00a0Friday.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Participation to Contributor Day is not mandatory\u00a0(though we do hope to see many of you, as it’s a truly fantastic experience), nonetheless to participate at\u00a0CDay you must purchase a WCMIL2016 ticket<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

\nIn a few weeks, a\u00a0list of attendees will be available on the site. This will show a list of\u00a0avatars, names, URLs and Twitter handles. On the purchase form you can indicate\u00a0whether you wish to appear on this list or not<\/strong>: remember to authorize its publication!<\/em><\/p>\n

Recording Policy<\/strong><\/em>
\nFor the purposes of documenting the event, increasing participation and promoting WordCamps, all talks and both WCMIL 2016 days might be recorded (photo\/video) by volunteers and\/or professionals. Your consent to these recordings and your authorization to their eventual use is mandatory for purchasing the ticket and for participation in the event<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n

Refund policy<\/strong><\/em>
\nUnfortunately it is difficult to implement a refund policy on ticket purchase,\u00a0nonetheless, should you not be able to attend, you can give your ticket to someone else<\/strong>.\u00a0Participants’ information can be changed online up until October 3 2016. After that date, we might not be able to guarantee\u00a0the special food’s\u00a0availability, or the T-shirt size requested.<\/em><\/p>\n
