I volontari sono fondamentali per la buona riuscita di un WordCamp: aiutano\u00a0a\u00a0rendere l\u2019evento funzionale ed efficiente, garantendo allo\u00a0stesso tempo il divertimento per tutti.<\/p>\n

Inoltre, candidarsi \u00e8\u00a0un ottimo modo per essere pi\u00f9 coinvolti nella comunit\u00e0 di WordPress<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Siamo alla ricerca di persone entusiaste, organizzate, energiche e che amino WordPress!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ti preghiamo di fornirci tutte le informazioni possibili in modo dettagliato.<\/p>\n

Come volontario avrai queste ed altre possibilit\u00e0:<\/h2>\n

  • essere parte essenziale del\u00a0team durante\u00a0il giorno dell\u2019evento;<\/li>\n
  • incontrare speaker nazionali\u00a0e internazionali;<\/li>\n
  • fare networking con i partecipanti provenienti da tutta Italia e dall’estero.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    In che cosa abbiamo bisogno di aiuto?<\/h2>\n

    Abbiamo bisogno di\u00a0volontari sul campo e con le mani in pasta,\u00a0il giorno dell\u2019evento e, in alcuni casi, quello precedente.<\/p>\n

    Aspettati di essere esausto ed euforico la sera, a fine evento!<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Le attivit\u00e0 che potrai trovarti a fare includono:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Registrazione\u00a0e accoglienza;<\/li>\n
    • Preparare\u00a0i sacchetti\u00a0con gli swag;<\/li>\n
    • Distribuire le t-shirt;<\/li>\n
    • Aiutare durante il pranzo e le pause caff\u00e8;<\/li>\n
    • Aiutare gli\u00a0speaker;<\/li>\n
    • Andare in giro con il microfono durante le sessioni;<\/li>\n
    • Aiutare speaker e visitatori a orientarsi nella venue;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Mi pagate o fate un rimborso spese?<\/h2>\n

      No. I WordCamp sono eventi fatti da volontari quindi, come regola, in tutto il mondo, non sono previste coperture di spese.<\/p>\n

      Sar\u00e0 tua cura coprire i costi di viaggio e permanenza\u00a0a Milano. Se sarai accettato come volontario, avrai accesso gratuito all\u2019evento e al Contributor\u00a0Day, e ti offriremo il pranzo nelle due giornate.<\/p>\n

      Ricorda:\u00a0fare volontariato al WordCamp Milano\u00a0\u00e8 un modo unico e speciale per contribuire e sostenere l\u2019evento e la comunit\u00e0 di WordPress.<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Che cosa devo aspettarmi?<\/h2>\n

      Una volta che sei stato accettato come volontario al WordCamp Milano 2016, sarai aggregato al team dei volontari in funzione di ci\u00f2 che sai fare e\u00a0ti saranno assegnati vari compiti da portare avanti prima e durante l\u2019evento<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      Prima dell\u2019evento, l\u2019intero team si incontrer\u00e0 per parlare della gestione del WordCamp,\u00a0potrai\u00a0visitare\u00a0la sede del WordCamp e\u00a0dare una mano alla prima organizzazione.<\/p>\n

      Il giorno del WordCamp dovrai portare a termine i compiti assegnati, lavorando come parte di una squadra che ci auguriamo possa funzionare come un orologio.<\/p>\n

      Chiediamo ai volontari di restare almeno fino alla sera di sabato 22 ottobre. Inoltre siete invitati a partecipare al Contributor Day di venerd\u00ec 21 ottobre.<\/p>\n

      Volunteers are the backbone of any successful WordCamp. They will help make this event efficient in the best possible way, while ensuring fun for everyone. Moreover,\u00a0it is a great way to get involved in the WordPress community!<\/strong><\/p>\n

      We are looking for enthusiastic, well organized and energetic people, people who love WordPress.<\/strong><\/p>\n

      If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, read the information below, and let us know how you can help out filling in the form<\/strong>\u00a0(you can find it following the links at the bottom of this page).<\/p>\n

      The tasks of the volunteers will be defined towards the opening of the event. Please provide all the information in detail.<\/p>\n

      As a volunteer, you will have these and other possibilities<\/h2>\n
        \n
      • Be an essential part of the team during the day of the event;<\/li>\n
      • Meet national and international speakers;<\/li>\n
      • Spend time with the organizers;<\/li>\n
      • Network with participants from all over Italy and abroad;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        How do we need help?<\/h2>\n

        We need volunteers during the days of the event.<\/p>\n

        Expect to be exhausted and elated at the same time at the end of the day!<\/strong>
        \nThe activities that you can do include:<\/p>\n

          \n
        • Registration and reception;<\/li>\n
        • Prepare bags with swag;<\/li>\n
        • Distribute t-shirts;<\/li>\n
        • Helping during lunch and coffee breaks;<\/li>\n
        • Helping speakers;<\/li>\n
        • Run around with the microphone during sessions;<\/li>\n
        • Help with moving people;<\/li>\n
        • General administration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Will you pay or I\u2019ll have a refund?<\/h2>\n

          As a rule, for all WordCamps in the world, expenses are not covered by the organization. If you want to get involved, you have to cover the costs of travel and stay in Milano.<\/p>\n

          If you are accepted as a volunteer you will have free access to the event and even lunch during the day of October 22.<\/p>\n

          Volunteering at WordCamp Milano is a unique way to help and support the event and the WordPress community.<\/strong><\/p>\n

          What should I expect?<\/h2>\n

          Once you have been accepted as a volunteer at WordCamp Milano 2016, you\u2019ll be aggregated to the team of volunteers according to what you do and\u00a0will be given various tasks to be carried out before and during the event<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

          Before the event, the entire team meets to talk about WordCamp management so you can visit the headquarters of the WordCamp and help out the organization before.<\/p>\n

          During the WordCamp you must complete the assigned tasks, working as part of a team that we hope will function as a clock.<\/p>\n

          We ask volunteers to stay at least until the evening of Saturday, October 22, and you are also invited to participate and help the Contributor Day on Friday, October 21.<\/p>\n
