Sabato 22 ottobre il WordCamp di Milano 2016 apre le sue porte all’Universit\u00e0 Bicocca: leggi tutto quello che c’\u00e8 da sapere su\u00a0questo imperdibile appuntamento.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Location<\/h3>\n

WordCamp Milano\u00a0si svolge nell’Edificio U6\u00a0dell’Universit\u00e0 degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca<\/strong>, Piazza Ateneo Nuovo, 1<\/a>. L’entrata (sabato l’Universit\u00e0 \u00e8 chiusa) sar\u00e0 soltanto dall’ingresso frontale, in piazza.<\/p>\n

La location \u00e8 nella zona Nord di Milano, non lontana dalla Stazione Centrale, facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici della ATM<\/a>. Abbiamo preparato una mappa (Google Maps) con il percorso a piedi dalla fermata Metro Bicocca<\/a>\u00a0(Linea Viola) e una pagina con tutti i modi su\u00a0Come Raggiungerci<\/a>. Per chi arrivasse in auto ci sono due comodi parcheggi adiacenti all’Ateneo: “P7 Bicocca<\/a>” e “P8 Bicocca<\/a>“, al costo di 3 euro al giorno. Di lato all’edificio U7<\/a>\u00a0c’\u00e8 un parcheggio per disabili (\u00e8 necessario il badge sull’auto).<\/p>\n

Registrazione<\/h3>\n

La registrazione aprir\u00e0 alle 08:00<\/strong>\u00a0e continuer\u00e0 con 3 persone e un banco dedicato fino alle 10:00. Se arrivi dopo le dieci ci sar\u00e0 un volontario (li riconosci dalla maglietta nera) che ti accoglier\u00e0. Alla registrazione riceverai: 1) un badge nominale, con programma e indicazioni sull’evento; 2) le credenziali per l’accesso alla rete WiFi dell’Universit\u00e0 (anche queste sono nominali, attenzione a non perderle).<\/p>\n

Agenda<\/h3>\n

Iniziamo alle 09:15<\/strong> con il discorso di benvenuto, i ringraziamenti e i nostri auguri ai partecipanti. Daremo informazioni pratiche sulla giornata e poi inizieranno\u00a0gli\u00a0speech dei nostri speaker<\/strong>. Avremo a disposizione due grandi aule da 240 posti: U6-06<\/strong> e U6-07<\/strong>, al piano terra. L’ingresso laterale a entrambe le aule consente l’accesso anche a chi ha disabilit\u00e0 motorie.<\/p>\n

Gli interventi dei relatori\u00a0avvengono a porte chiuse per non disturbare speaker e uditori: durante la sessione di domande verranno aperte le porte per permettere a chi vuole muoversi da un’aula all’altra di farlo comodamente (sono adiacenti).<\/p>\n

La chiusura<\/strong> della giornata \u00e8 prevista indicativamente per le 18:30<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Su alcuni tavolini, inoltre, potrai ritirare la maglietta<\/strong> della tua taglia, richiesta durante l’iscrizione, con il logo di WordCamp Milano 2016.<\/p>\n

Coffee break e pranzo<\/h3>\n

Durante tutta la giornata saranno a disposizione caff\u00e8<\/strong> e\u00a0bevande<\/strong>.\u00a0Sono previsti due coffee break pi\u00f9 ricchi, con snack e bibite, alle 10:55\u00a0e alle 16:05.<\/p>\n

Alle 13:00 abbiamo organizzato una pausa pranzo di un’ora<\/strong>, con un buffet per tutti. Se hai indicato\u00a0una dieta particolare in fase di iscrizione, troverai un allestimento ad hoc con gli alimenti adatti a te.<\/p>\n

After Party<\/h3>\n

WordCamp Milano\u00a0si concluder\u00e0 in festa, con un party aperto a tutti i partecipanti e reso possibile dai nostri sponsor.<\/p>\n

La prima consumazione e il buffet dell’After Party sono compresi nel tuo biglietto per il\u00a0WordCamp (ricorda di portare il tuo badge per farti riconoscere!), ma se vuoi portare il tuo partner oppure vuoi prendere altre consumazioni potrai saldare direttamente alla cassa.<\/p>\n

Ci saluteremo intorno a mezzanotte. Se vorrai continuare la serata con nuovi amici conosciuti al WordCamp ti consigliamo di restare nella zona dei Navigli<\/strong>, dove troverai\u00a0tantissimi locali notturni, oppure passeggiare sulla Darsena di Milano, o ancora bere una birra alle Colonne di San Lorenzo.<\/p>\n

Saturday, October\u00a022nd, WordCamp Milano 2016 will open its doors at the University of Milano-Bicocca: here is all you\u00a0need to\u00a0know!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Location<\/h3>\n

WordCamp Milano will take place at\u00a0Building\u00a0U6 of the University Milano-Bicocca<\/strong>, Piazza Ateneo Nuovo, 1<\/a>. Please make sure to pinpoint the right entrance! Since there are no\u00a0courses on Saturdays, the entrance will be only from the main door, in front of the square.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0location is in the North of Milan, not so far from Stazione Centrale (the Central Railway Station). The venue is easily\u00a0reachable by public transportation (ATM<\/a>). There’s also a\u00a0Google Map with walking directions from the “Bicocca” subway stop<\/a>\u00a0(on the\u00a0M5 Line<\/a>) to the WordCamp, and a page on our website explaining different ways to reach the venue<\/a>\u00a0by bus, metro, taxi etc.
\nIf you arrive by car, you can find two underground\u00a0parkings just nearby the University: “P7 Bicocca<\/a>” and “P8 Bicocca<\/a>” – they cost 3 Euros per day. Next\u00a0to the\u00a0Bulding U7<\/a>\u00a0there is also a disabled car\u00a0parking (badge is needed).<\/p>\n

Registrations<\/h3>\n

Registrations will open at 08:00 and will continue at the dedicated desk until 10:00. If you arrive after 10:00 grab any\u00a0volunteer (you\u2019ll recognise them from a black Staff shirt) who\u00a0will be happy to register\u00a0you. At the desk you will receive:
\n1) a nominal badge, with the WordCamp Schedule and some information about the Venue and the After Party;
\n2) a paper with credentials for the access to the University WiFi network.<\/p>\n

Schedule<\/h3>\n

We start at 09:15 with the Opening Remarks – a\u00a0thank to the\u00a0people who helped us and practical information on the day.
\nThen the WordCamp will officially kick off! Our speakers will have their talks in two very large rooms (240 seats): U6-06<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0U6-07<\/strong>, at the ground floor. The side entrance of each room\u00a0allows access to those with walking disabilities.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The full WordCamp agenda is in the Schedule<\/a>\u00a0page: click on the headlines of each talk for more information on sessions and speakers.<\/p>\n

Speaking sessions will take place behind closed doors to avoid bothering\u00a0speakers and listeners: doors will stay open during Q&As to allow people comfortably move from one room to another.<\/p>\n

Closing Remarks are\u00a0scheduled at\u00a018:30.<\/p>\n

During the day you can visit sponsors desks where to find business\u00a0contacts and solutions\u00a0for your WordPress\u00a0activity.<\/p>\n

There will be also a job\u00a0board for\u00a0job offers and contacts exchange.<\/p>\n

At\u00a0some tables, then, you will be able to\u00a0pick up the\u00a0t-shirt of your size with the WordCamp Milan 2016 logo.<\/p>\n

Coffee breaks and lunch<\/h3>\n

Coffee and drinks will be available throughout the whole day. Two coffee breaks with snacks and soft drinks are scheduled at 10:55 and at 16:05.<\/p>\n

Lunch will start at 13:00 – it’s going to be\u00a0a buffet – and will last\u00a0one hour. If you have booked a specific diet (vegan, allergies etc.) you will find\u00a0an ad hoc set-up with food suitable to you.<\/p>\n

After Party<\/h3>\n

WordCamp Milano will end with a great party open to all attendees, and supported\u00a0by our amazing sponsors.<\/p>\n

We will see you at 20:00 at\u00a0Superstudio Caf\u00e8 –<\/b>\u00a0Via Vincenzo Forcella, 13, Navigli area (South of Milan). You can find out\u00a0how\u00a0to reach the venue on\u00a0the After Party’s page<\/a>.<\/p>\n

One drink and the food buffet are offered: remember to bring with you your own WordCamp badge<\/strong>! If you want to bring a +1\u00a0with you, or you want to have\u00a0more drinks, you have to pay it for them.<\/p>\n

The officially after party will end at around\u00a0midnight. However,\u00a0if you want to continue the evening with your\u00a0WordCamp friends, we suggest\u00a0you to stay in the Navigli area, walking by the \u201cDarsena<\/a>\u201d, or going for a beer at the San Lorenzo Columns.<\/p>\n
